Best Verizon deals (February 2018) flash alert on call sms pro 2

Verizon Wireless is the biggest US carrier and while it isn’t universally loved, it has great coverage and a reasonably decent selection of phones. For those ready for a new device yet looking for the best deal possible, finding the best Verizon deals doesn’t have to be hard. Verizon itself often runs some great promotions, as do other major retailers like Best Buy.

In this post we’ve put together the best Verizon deals that we are currently aware of. Let’s dive in shall we?

Editor’s note: We will be updating this list regularly as new deals are announced.

Verizon – BOGO deals on Galaxy S8, Pixel 2, LG V30…

Here’s probably one of the  best Verizon deals currently on offer. Verizon is offering buy one get one free (BOGO) deals on a few high-end Android smartphones. These include the Google Pixel 2 and 2 XL, Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, Moto Z2 Force, and LG V30.

As always, terms and conditions apply. You have to activate a new line on one of Verizon’s unlimited plans and trade in your current handset. You also have to buy both smartphones on an installment plan (24 months), but a monthly credit is applied to your account that makes the second device free.

Those of you interested in getting a BOGO deal can visit Verizon’s website via the links above.

Verizon – Get $200 off the Galaxy Note 8

Verizon is offering a $200 discount on the Galaxy Note 8, bringing its price down to $760. To get the deal you’ll have to buy the flagship on a monthly installment plan over two years — $31.66 per month.

The Galaxy Note 8 is a steal at $760, even though that’s still a lot of money. It’s one of the best smartphones on the market and comes with a large 6.3-inch QHD+ display, a dual-camera setup featuring two 12 MP sensors, and a gorgeous metal and glass body. Check out our review of the Galaxy Note 8 to learn more about it.

Verizon – Get $50 off the JBL Link 10 smart speaker

You can get the JBL Link 10 from Verizon for $100, which is $50 or 33 percent off its normal retail price. It’s a great alternative to the Google Home, which launched with a $130 price tag.

The smart speaker has Google’s Assistant on board, so you can control it with voice commands. It can play the music you want, answer any weird questions you might have, tell you all about the weather, and much more.

The JBL Link 10 packs a 4,000 mAh battery that’s good for up to five hours of continuous playtime. It’s IPX7 rated, meaning it can survive in up to one meter of water (3.2 feet) for a period of 30 minutes. The device has Chromecast built-in and comes in black or white.

Best Buy – Get $288 off the Moto Z2 Play

You can get a substantial discount on the Moto Z2 Play if you get it from Best Buy. The retailer is selling the device for only $120, down from its original price of $408. A new line or account is required to get the $288 discount, and you also have to buy the handset on a two-year-long installment plan at $4.99 per month.

This is a fantastic deal for those in the market for a mid-range device. The Moto Z2 Play sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display, is powered by the Snapdragon 626 chipset, and has 3 GB of RAM. It also supports Moto Mods, which add new features to the smartphone or improve existing ones. You can learn more about it by checking out our review of the Moto Z2 Play.

Verizon – Get the LG K20 V for free

Verizon normally sells the LG K20 V for $168 or $7 per month over a two-year contract. However, the carrier is currently offering it for free. A new line of service is required to get the deal, while a trade-in isn’t needed.

The specs of the LG K20 V won’t blow your socks off, but the handset still has enough power for the average user. It comes with a 5.3-inch HD display, the Snapdragon 425 chipset, and 2 GB of RAM. The smartphone also features a 2,800 mAh removable battery, a 13 MP camera, and a fingerprint sensor.

Best Buy – Get up to $200 off Google Pixel smartphones

Best Buy is offering a great deal that gets you $100 off the Pixel 2 and $200 off the Pixel 2 XL. To get it, you’ll have to buy one of the smartphones on Verizon’s installment plan (24 months). The Pixel 2 will set you back $22.91 (64 GB) or $27.08 (128 GB) per month. Its bigger brother is obviously more expensive at $27.07 (64 GB) or $31.24 (128 GB) per month.

The Pixel 2 XL sports a 6-inch QHD+ display, while the Pixel 2 comes with a smaller 5-inch Full HD panel. Both feature the Snapdragon 835 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, and a 12.2 MP camera. They offer different designs, with the larger model being the more modern one due to the thin bezels surrounding the display. Check out the review of the devices to figure out which is a better fit for you.

Verizon – Get 50 percent off the Asus ZenFone V

The Verizon-exclusive ZenFone V can be yours for $120, which is 50 percent off its normal retail price. A new line of service is required to get the deal, and you also have to buy the handset on a two-year-long installment plan — $5 per month.

The ZenFone V features a gorgeous glass body and a 5.2-inch Full HD display. You’ll find the Snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood, which also powers devices like the Galaxy S7 Edge and LG V20. Other specs include 4 GB of RAM, a 23 MP camera, and a 3,000 mAh battery.

These are the best Verizon deals currently on offer in our opinion. Which one would you consider getting? Let us know in the comments.
